Author Guidelines
Bundelkhand Research Journal
(A Multidisciplinary Research Journal for Science Humanities Social Science Commerce and Linguistics)
For submission of articles to Bundelkhand Research Journal Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting. Authors also go through the journal terms and conditions and author guidelines.
Registration for Online submission:
(a) Authors need to visit journal website…………………………………....
(b) Click on the Register link.
(c) Fill in the required information in the registration form.
(d) All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory for filling the registration form.
(e) Only those users who have registered their userids as "Author" will be able to submit the manuscripts online.
(f) After filling the required details click on the "Register" button.
(g) If registration is successful you will be logged into the system. The page displayed is called "UserHome page". You will also receive an email giving login details about your registration.
Manuscript Submission Checklist: ü The authors should confirm the required documents (cover letter word file and main manuscript word file) before submission. ü The submission file is in Open Office Microsoft Word RTF or WordPerfect document file format. ü Author need to choose manuscript Types (Original research article Review article and Short notes or Short communications). The authors are requested to provide that manuscript in concise and comprehensive. The authors are strictly restricted from submitting published data and under consideration to publish another journal ü Manuscript should contains Components like Title Abstract (300 words) Keywords (4-5 words) Introduction (1-2 paragraphs) Material and MethodsResults and discussions Conclusion Acknowledgements Conflict of interest ORCID ID and References. Tables and figures should include in the text. ü The submission has not been previously published nor is it before another journalfor consideration. ü Manuscript should write in English with double-spaced 12 points Times New Roman A4 size MS Word with the line and the page number. ü A plagiarism and language need to check before submitted to the journal. |
Guidelines for Preparing Manuscript:
The authors should ensure the following items are present in the manuscript:
· Author(s) full name
· Affiliation address
· Email address
· Figures including relevant captions
· Tables including title description and footnotes
· Ensure figures and tables citation in the text match the manuscript
· Ensure appropriate colour for graph figure and pictures
· Language and grammar check
· Mentioned references are available in the text and reference list
· Permission should obtain for copyright materials
· At least three referee details (title name affiliation email address) should provide
· Title of manuscript (left alignment 14 point Times New Roman bold) Concise and informative. Avoid using brackets formulas abbreviations.
· Authors Name (left alignment 12 point Times New Roman bold)
· Authors’ affiliation (left alignment 10 point Times New Roman)
· Corresponding author email:
· Abstract (300 words left alignment 10 point Times New Roman)
· Keywords: (4-5 separate with a comma)
1. Introduction
(Introduction word will be12 point Times New Roman bold and text will be 12 points Times New Roman.)
Introduction should be gives brief idea about the statement of problem the review of the literature and probable methodology of the manuscript.
2. Materials and Methods
(Materials and Methods word will be 12 pointTimes New Roman bold and text will be 12 points Times New Roman.)
Author should inform the reader about appropriate methodology of research work. If the already known methods have been adopted than cite through proper references. It should comprise the experimental design and techniques with experimental area and institutional with year of experiment.Authors need to indicate when (year/period) and where (university/institute) the present experiment was conducted.
3. Results and Discussion
(Results and Discussion words will be 14 point Times New Roman bold and text will be 12 points Times New Roman)
Results and Discussion should be combined to avoid repetition. The results should relate to the significance of the observations.Discussion should explore the significance of the results of the work avoid extensivecitations and discussion of published literature.
4. Conclusion
(Conclusion word will be 12 point Times New Roman bold and text will be 12 points Times New Roman; one paragraph)
Conclusions should be short and represents the summarized form of entire study.
Supplementary Materials
Describe any supplementary material published online alongside the manuscript (figure tables video spreadsheets etc.).
Conflict of interest
(Conflict of interest word will be 14 point Times New Roman bold and text will be 12 points Times New Roman one line)
There are no conflicts of interest.
Acknowledgments
Authors can acknowledge any support given which is not covered by the author contribution or funding sections. This may include administrative and technical support or donations in kind who provided help during the research (e.g. materials used for experiments providing language help writing assistanceor proof reading the article etc.).
References
(References word will be 14 point Times New Roman bold and text will be 12 points Times New Roman)
References should be arranged first alphabetically and then further sorted chronologically if necessary. Citations in the text should follow the referencing style used by the American Psychological Association (APA).
